Fairytale movie where kid goes over a wall, came out in 2008, maybe...?

Bear with me, I might be getting a few movies mixed up... Came out in
mid-2000's, about a kid that goes over a wall, there is a stagecoach
scene, and a big blowup at the end with a witch(es). Something about
an inn and a bathtub? Maybe a talking bird? Sort of Enchanted-esque,
but with more action. Thanks!
