What is this song? I'd really appreciate the help?

Hi,

I was in a skype call with someone and an advert came on in the
background and i've been trying to figure out the song used in it for
weeks. I don't know what the ad was for, and I couldn't make out any
of the lyrics. But the tune was something like D D D D D C C C E E E E
E D D D C C# D D D D C C C E E E E E D D D C C# D D D D D D D C C# D D
D D D D in guitar, and then the vocals came in.

If anyone thinks they know the name of the song, or at least the name
of the ad it's on (Which, from what I can tell, runs in the US) so I
could figure it out from there, I'd really appreciate any help!
