What cities in the world are easiest to do alternative hip-hop in? I'm
talking about stuff like Rhymesayers, Definitive Jux, Anticon style
music. I'm planning on moving soon, and I'm taking into account that I
have a low standard of living and am used to and happy with being
broke as long as I'm not in jail and am making music. I live in
California near San Francisco, which is where I initially wanted to
move to. Right now, however, I'm open to suggestions. Between the
music scene and general cost of living, what cities would best
accomodate my needs?
